Schacht & Associates specializes in bringing the thoughts and talents of chefs and pastry chefs to the written page. Clients include chef, restaurateur and television personality Michael Chiarello and his company, NapaStyle; award-wining pastry chef and instructor Mary Cech; and Napa-based "wedding cake baker to the stars" Sam Godfrey of Perfect Endings, featured in an article in the San Francisco Chronicle Sunday Magazine. We also develop press kits and other communications materials for chefs and restaurateurs. Jennie Schacht has authored and edited articles, recipes and cookbook reviews that have appeared in local, national, and international publications, including Bay Food, Veggie Life, The Family Next Door, Sally's Place, Tavolo, NapaStyle, eOutdoors and Appellation.
